Vanguard Commercial Batteries Fixed Series (Fi)

Vanguard Commercial Lithium-Ion Battery Packs come in fixed and swappable configurations and are designed to provide zero-emissions power, no maintenance and overall lower total cost of ownership. The Fixed Series features a range of power options to meet application requirements across industries, including 1.5k, 3.5, 5 and 7kWh power options. Vanguard batteries come with service and support through an eight-year commercial limited warranty.

1.5kWh Battery (Fi1.5) features

The Fi1.5kWh Battery is a fixed configuration of its new Si1.5 Battery that has the ability to swap between equipment or equipment and charger, allowing more applications to benefit from Vanguard power. The Fi1.5 stays bolted to the equipment but provides performance similar to the Si1.5. No maintenance means more time on the jobsite and an overall lower total cost of ownership. The integrated battery management system (BMS) constantly monitors and measures the temperature, charge, and voltage of each individual cell bank. 

3.5kWh Battery (Fi3.5) features

The 3.5kWh Battery is a total solution that provides instant, reliable power. Designed with two CANbus ports, the battery pack can easily exchange information with OEM equipment. One CANbus uses the J1939 automotive standard, while the other is designed for uncomplicated data transfer with each OEM's current communication network with no reprogramming of that network required. The 3.5kWh also features a unique cell module assembly (CMA) design for efficient power and safety. Operators and OEMs can expect unmatched durability from the battery’s diecast aluminum casing that is designed to keep out debris and dirt and withstand harsh conditions, including extreme temperatures, impact and vibration. The 3.5kWh Battery is available in 24 and 48V configurations. By offering a battery with a 24V configuration

5kWh Battery (Fi5.0) features

The 5kWh Battery features a diecast aluminum enclosure that provides protection and durability for the internal Cell Module Assembly (CMA) units. Designed to deliver a 2,000-cycle lifespan with no scheduled maintenance, the 5kWh* Commercial Battery can be seamlessly integrated and serviced while operators receive instant power for the tasks at hand. This is a total modular solution OEMs and operators can count on. The integrated BMS monitors voltage and temperature to ensure safe and efficient operations.

7kWh Battery (Fi7.0) features

The 7kWh Commercial Battery Pack — available in long and tall configurations — answers original equipment manufacturers’ (OEMs) requests for a more flexible battery solution. The tall configuration is useful for construction, industrial and turf applications. The battery utilizes advanced lithium-ion chemistry to ensure reliable performance and features a BMS that monitors voltage and temperature to ensure safe and efficient operations. The pack’s CMA units are packed and protected in a diecast aluminum casing to provide ultimate durability and maximum protection. With a compact footprint, the 7kWh Commercial Battery delivers more power in a smaller package and can be scaled in parallel with additional Vanguard battery packs to meet larger equipment power needs.
